Rules

Dear Guests, we respect the right to rest of those around us, therefore noisy events are prohibited here.

By booking a room, you agree to the Apartment's house rules, as well as the fire safety regulations.

Booking

When booking a room, guests must complete an online registration process, during which personal data is provided. Afterwards, the administration reviews the data uploaded by the client, sends a booking confirmation, and a link to the accommodation payment form. The room must be paid for no later than three days before arrival, if the booking was made in advance.

Check-in and Check-out

Hotel check-in is contactless. Check-in is available at any time from 2 PM, and on the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 12 AM.

Parking

As the hotel is located in the heart of the city, finding parking from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM is very difficult; however, in the evening, you will be able to find a spot near the entrance.

Room Cleaning

Linen is changed every 3rd day of stay.
Wet cleaning of the room and garbage removal takes place daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Accommodation with Children

Children under 3 years old can stay with their accompanying adults free of charge, provided their accommodation does not require an extra bed.

Accommodation with Pets

Accommodation with pets is not allowed in the hotel.

For People with Disabilities

Unfortunately, we cannot provide comfortable access for people with disabilities due to the fact that we are located in a UNESCO zone.

Smoking

The hotel is a non-smoking area. Smoking in all areas of the hotel is prohibited according to the Law "On protecting the health of citizens from the effects of secondhand tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption". The hotel administration reserves the right to evict a guest for smoking in unauthorized places.

General Rules

We draw your special attention to the fact that the property is not responsible for the safety of personal valuable items left unattended in the rooms.
The property is not responsible for the operation of city utilities (power outages, water, heat, internet, etc.).

Each guest is obliged to treat the property and equipment of the accommodation with care. In case of loss or damage to the hotel's property, their cost must be compensated in the amount indicated by the administration.

MEMORANDUM ON FIRE SAFETY RULES IN THE BUILDING

Dear Guests!

Please observe fire safety rules.

— Не пользуйтесь в номере неисправными электрическими приборами (кофе-машиной, утюгом, феном и др.). В случае обнаружения неисправности немедленно проинформируйте администрацию отеля.

— When leaving the room, do not forget to turn off the TV, air conditioner, and lighting lamps.

— It is unacceptable to cover switched-on floor lamps and table lamps.

— It is unacceptable to bring and store fire hazardous substances and materials in the room.

— It is strictly forbidden to use in the building:

1. Open flames and smoking accessories, including electronic vaporizers.
2. Use gas equipment.
3. Misuse fire extinguishing equipment.
4. Open fire panels without necessity.

— If you are in the building for the first time, try to remember the location of exits and stairs and familiarize yourself with the evacuation rules.

In case of fire in your room:

— Immediately report the incident to the fire department by phone "101", "112".

If it is not possible to eliminate the source of fire on your own, leave the room and close the door, without locking it, activate the fire alarm system by turning on the manual fire alarm.

— Be sure to report the fire to the administration representative.

— Leave the danger zone and act according to the instructions of the administration or fire department.

In case of fire outside your room:

— Immediately report the incident to the fire department by phone "101", "112".

— Leave your room after closing the windows and doors, exit the building.

— If the corridors and stairwells are heavily smoke-filled and it is impossible to leave the premises, stay in your room. A closed and well-sealed door can protect you from dangerous temperatures for a long time. To avoid smoke poisoning, close cracks and ventilation openings with water-soaked towels and bedding, protect the respiratory system with a damp cloth, do not open the window (briefly open it if necessary).

— Report your location by phone to the administration.

— If you detect a characteristic smell of burnt wire insulation or another burning smell,
immediately inform the administration.
